Last week, I was watching a trailer for a movie called Thundercloud, which is about the famous swell that hit Cloudbreak on june 8th, 2012 and produced one of the single most impressive sessions in the history of the surfing. Usually, you can sort of guess what you are going to get with big wave surfing films -- a bunch of dudes with no necks talking about how gnarly their wipeouts were. Which if fine, but we've all head the phrase -- 'there was a lot of water moving out there' far, far too many times now.
